CCV INMOBILIARIO

One of my most recent clients "CCV Inmobiliario" a real state agency located in Querétaro México requested a complete branding development and visual identity from scratch for their company. On this work portfolio I will take you on a tour of the graphic design process and a display of the final results.

Logo

Elegant neutral colors (black, white and golden brown) to portray the strength and the formality of the company. The logo was delivered to the client in different formats ready for printing and digital purposes. A brand style guide was included as well with technical specifications (pantone, typography style, and guidelines) to facilitate the logo's usage and to avoid printing issues and color variations.

Business Cards

A minimalist and elegant business card design printed on a thick 350 grams high quality paper with double side matte coating, soft to the touch and a smooth flat texture that matches with the visual brand style.

Website Design

A modern, attractive, and functional web design with a responsive template that adapts to different screen devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles), also friendly and intuitive for any user.

Corporate Presentation

A fancy presentation brochure design with professional real state photography was created and used to promote the different properties for sale, the presentation contains all the important information details and photos of the product.
